Five shots in a row without a pop add one row and push the board down. Any pop resets the count. There is no timer. Swapping does not use a shot.
There is no clock. The pressure comes from five consecutive shots without a pop.
How it works
- A shot that pops nothing is a miss. The miss markers show how many you have.
- On the fifth miss in a row, a new row appears at the top and the whole board moves down one row.
- A successful pop sets the count back to zero.
- When a row is added, the layout alternates so bubbles keep their horizontal positions.
Swap does not count
Swap exchanges your current and next bubbles without using a shot, so it never adds a miss. Use it when the next colour has a match you can reach. Swapping twice puts them back; it does not change the colours.
An added row can push the board past the danger line, which ends the game. To avoid it, see the strategy guide.
