These Terms of Service govern your use of trindogames, operated by Darinor. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Using trindogames

trindogames offers free browser-based board, card and puzzle games, including multiplayer rooms, computer practice, solo games and daily challenges. No account or installation is required. The games are provided for casual entertainment.

Acceptable use

You must use the service lawfully and treat other players respectfully. You must not:

• Harass, threaten or abuse other players, including through display names.
• Attempt to access another player’s seat or information without authorization.
• Disrupt the service, bypass its safeguards or overload its infrastructure.
• Manipulate game results or submit fraudulent leaderboard scores.
• Use the service for unlawful activities.

We may restrict access or remove leaderboard entries when these terms are violated or when necessary to protect the service and its users.

Saved progress and multiplayer rooms

Solo-game progress and personal statistics are saved in your browser and may be lost if you clear site data or change devices. Multiplayer rooms expire 24 hours after their last game action or connection change. We do not guarantee permanent storage or recovery of game data, leaderboard entries or unfinished games.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how browser storage, multiplayer records, leaderboard submissions, analytics and contact messages are handled. Choose a display name suitable for public use and avoid sharing sensitive information.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties about uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Maintenance, technical faults or changes to the service may interrupt play or result in lost progress.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Darinor is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, trindogames. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes to the service and terms

We may update, add or discontinue games and features. We may also revise these terms; the effective date above identifies the latest version. Your continued use of the service after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those terms, subject to applicable law.
